Teams
Where people work together, friction arises. And that’s a good thing — it means there is energy.
That tension can come from many sources: personality, style, vision, ego, culture, distance, collaboration or communication.
Based on individual intakes with team members, I map these dynamics and create a clear picture of what is happening. From there, we work in co-creation with the team on targeted interventions: learning to work with tension, building a structure aligned with the team’s purpose, and establishing sustainable ways of working together.
I support teams around the following themes:
-
Psychological safety
-
Complementarity
-
Collaboration
-
Agreements & consequence management
-
Decision-making
-
The ability to disagree respectfully
-
Teams under stress and the impact on communication and collaboration
-
