Teams

Where people work together, friction arises. And that’s a good thing — it means there is energy.

That tension can come from many sources: personality, style, vision, ego, culture, distance, collaboration or communication.

Based on individual intakes with team members, I map these dynamics and create a clear picture of what is happening. From there, we work in co-creation with the team on targeted interventions: learning to work with tension, building a structure aligned with the team’s purpose, and establishing sustainable ways of working together.

I support teams around the following themes:

  • Psychological safety

  • Complementarity

  • Collaboration

  • Agreements & consequence management

  • Decision-making

  • The ability to disagree respectfully

  • Teams under stress and the impact on communication and collaboration

  • Trust

  • Peer consultation (intervision)

For whom:

  • Newly formed teams

  • Executive teams

  • Teams seeking a renewed purpose and structure

  • Teams in conflict

  • Management teams aiming to improve collaboration and cohesion

  • Intercultural teams

  • Teams that work remotely
