Curious, no-nonsense and deeply human. What drives me: connection, learning and a desire to create movement.

Growing up in a small town near the sea provided me with essential life resources that still shape my work today: a strong connection to nature, the rhythm of the seasons and the ability to stay grounded—even in complexity. This creates a warm and steady presence in my coaching.

My professional journey spans over 40 years and is anything but conventional—and that is precisely my strength. I initially trained as a French and history teacher, before moving into the demanding world of music as a musical and opera singer. There, I developed presence, discipline and deep listening skills that still define my work today.

I later worked in an NGO, supporting projects focused on forest preservation and expansion, strengthening my sense of collective impact and long-term thinking.

In the early 2000s, these different paths came together. In 2003, after extensive training, I began facilitating and training individuals and groups in emotional intelligence and presentation skills. Since then, I have expanded my work to include communication, leadership, change, coaching, team coaching, stress and burnout.

Since 2009, Transactional Analysis (TA) has been a cornerstone of my approach. It provides a strong ethical framework, a deeply human perspective and practical tools for sustainable change. I continue to develop within this field and value being supported by an international TA community.

What sets me apart? A rare combination of experience, intuition and pragmatism. I go to the essence, create trust and support real, tangible change.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me walking, cycling, travelling or tending my ecological garden. I lived in Milan for a while and, although I love many southern countries, Italy holds a special place in my heart.
