A significant part of my work focuses on supporting leaders:

People transitioning from expert to manager. This step requires more than new skills: it involves discovering all aspects of a new role, learning to provide direction, shaping a leadership identity, embracing all aspects of people management, coaching a team and taking responsibility.

I also work with experienced leaders who, despite their knowledge and expertise, sometimes get stuck and display behaviours they no longer want… yet keep repeating. Together, we identify old (learned) patterns and explore new options that better serve what they truly want.
